General Offenses - Any of these offenses are followed by an officer in the fact of the following two offenses:
Misdemeanor- Law Enforcement may fine you or arrest you under the circumstances.
Felony- Law Enforcement must arrest you.

Illegal Advertisement ((Selling gun 9MM, (must be creative)) Fine $1000+ / 7 minutes

Loitering (Leave when asked) Fine $200+ / 2 minutes

False 911 Call ((Could be possible felony offense)) Fine $1000+ / 7 minutes

Public Intoxication (Drunk) $500 / 2 minutes

Jaywalking (Walking around in the street not using a crosswalk to cross) $300+ / 2 minutes

Obstruction of Traffic (Purposely putting yourself in danger by running around in the street) Fine $500+ / 2 minutes

Obstruction of Justice (Giving false information to an officer such as ID) ((Could be a felony offense)) Fine $500 / 5 minutes

Bribing a Law Enforcement Official ((Watch out for this, some are straight cops, some are not)) Fine $2000+ / 10 minutes

Disordely Conduct (Disrupting the public, making a scene) Fine $500+ /2 minutes

Tresspassing (Passing on private or government owned property without permission) Fine $500+ /3 minutes

Prostitution (Soliciting or advertising this will get you in trouble) Fine $700+ /4 minutes

Accessory to a Crime (Half of the involvement of the crime was from yourself) ((Could be a felony offense)) Fine $1500+/ 5 minutes

Assault (Threatening Violence) Fine $1000+ /2 minutes

Battery (Unlawful touching or striking to another citizen) Fine $1500+ / 5 minutes

General Felonies: All felonies are subject to change at any time. All fines must be paid or you are sent to Jail.

Destruction of evidence (Includes dumping weapons or giving them away) 10-15 minutes

Aiding and Abetting (Support to a wanted criminal through shooting or driving, anything to obstruct an officer) 15-20 minutes

Resisting Arrest (Running away from an officer while they're trying to cuff you, includes while being tazed) 15-30 minutes

Water Eluding (NOT PERMITTED A-JAIL ENFORCED) 20+ minutes

Aggravated Assault (Threatening while a weapon is in hand) 20-25 minutes
-Aggravated Assault on an Officer (Showing a weapon while threatening an officer) 15-20 minutes

Assault on a Law Enforcement Official (Making threats against an officer) 10-15 minutes

Agravated Battery (Severely causing harm to one, to the point of death but not killing them) 10-25 minutes
-Aggravated Battery on an Official (Same as above with harsher punishments) 15-30 minutes

Robbery/Scamming (Taking ones money from a store or a person, scamming persons' out of their money) 30 minutes for a robbery.((60 minutes for scamming and possible ban)))

Wrongful Imprisonment (Either kidnapping or ditching them in a car) ((30 minutes at least for this))

Vehicular Manslaughter (Killing a person due to reckless driving , unintentional) 15-30 minutes ((Plus other charges))

The following weapon and drug laws are considered misdemeanors:

Possesion of a Controlled Substance (Having Drugs) Fine $1000+ / 7 Minutes

Illegal Purchases of Weapons or Substances (Buying them from a dealer) Fine $1500+ / 10 minutes

Possession of a LEGAL weapon without a weapons license Fine $1500 w/possible confiscation of weapon

Flourishing a LEGAL weapon (Carrying a legal weapon in public) Fine $1000-1500 / 10 minutes[color]

Possesion of a high amount of Illegal Materials. 15+ minutes ((Depending on the amount, will go higher))

Possesion of Illegal Weapons 15+ minutes

Possesion with Intent to Supply Illegal Substances/Weapons 12+ minutes

Flourishing an ILLEGAL weapon in public ( Carrying an illegal weapon in public) 10+ minutes

Illegal Discharge of a weapon. 15+ minutes

Illegal Sale of Weapons/Drugs. 20+ minutes

The only LEGAL firearms are Desert Eagles and Shotguns for Self-Protection ONLY. All blunt weapons are legal.
All other firearms are ILLEGAL. All are subject to change.

Vehicle rules: IN EFFECT

City speed limit: 45mph.
Highway speed limit: 80mph.
Construction Zone speed limit: 20mph.

The following traffic violations are considered Misdemeanors:

Driving over the normal road speed limit. Fine $500-1000 / 7 minutes

Park/Exit your vehicle while in the middle of the road.* Fine $400+ / 4 minutes

Ignoring traffic signs.* $500+ / 6 minutes


Continue through a Red Light.* $500 / 7 minutes ((Starting to be enforced if possible))
-Not completing a stop when turning right on red.* $300 / 4 minutes
-Causing an Accident while running a red light. ((FELONY))* 10 minutes
-Striking a pedestrian by running a red light/failing to stop ((FELONY))* 15 minutes

Reckless Driving (Driving all over the road possibly breaking multiple traffic laws)* Fine $1000+ / 7 minutes

Passing a vehicle on the right unless you are on the highway.* Fine $1000 / 5 minutes

Operating your vehicle on a sidewalk.* Fine $500-1000 / 5 minutes

Park/Exit your vehicle on the sidewalk.* Fine $500+ / 5 minutes

Driving on the opposite flow of traffic.* Fine $1000+ / 10 minutes
-Causing an accident ((FELONY))* 10-15 minutes

Failing to yield to a responding emergency vehicle.* Fine $500 / 5 minutes
-Purposely obstructing a responding emergency vehicle and failing to yield))* Fine $1000-2000 / 10-20 minutes

Parking in a no parking zone.* Fine $500 / 5 minutes

Parking on government property.* Fine $500 / 5 minutes

Overtaking on the Left while in a cities limits.* Fine $1000-1500 / 10 minutes
-Causing an accident because of this- Fine $2000 / 15 minutes

Hit and Run* 20 minutes

Eluding* 15-30 minutes

Have illegal street races on the public roads.* 20 minutes

Car Jacking (Forcefully removing a person from their car and operating it) 30+ minutes

Grand Theft Auto (Stealing another persons car, or another car in general) 40+ minutes

(For motorcycles: No wheelies, No stoppies and no stunts.) Fine $750 / 8 minutes

Left overtaking. (Only in the country and when a person is going below the speed limit)

Have races on your own property.

Park your car in parking spaces/areas.

You are not allowed to:

Land on Goverment property. Fine $2000 / 15 minutes

Land an aircraft on someone else's property without permission. Fine $1000 / 10 minutes

Land on the ground, roads or roofs. (Only landing on helipads or Airports) Fine $1000 / 10 minutes

Park your aircraft on the road or off road. Fine $1000 / 10 minutes ((Could include an obstruction of traffic violation))

Parachute or base jump out of the aircraft without permission. $Fine $400 / 3 minutes

Do stunts in the air without permission. $Fine $600-800 / 4 minutes

Endanger Pedrestrians with your Aircraft ((FELONY)) 15-30 minutes

(The Police Department, Medical Service and Fire Department are allowed to break those rules in case of responding.)

You are allowed to:

Land on helipads and airports.

Land on other peoples property with permission.

Parachute or base jump out of the aircraft with permission.

Do stunts in the air with permission.

Boat rules:
------------------------
You are not allowed to:

Park your boat in the middle of the sea, river or lake. Fine $800 / 5 minutes

Fish without a license. Fine $500 / 5 minutes

Have a race without permission Fine $700-1500 / 3 minutes

When fishing, no idling the boat in the shallows, at the dock (residential hazards) or beaching the boat. Fine $1500-2000 / 12 minutes

Any forms of pirating. Fine $1000-2000 / 20 minutes

Park the boat in an area without any docks or pier. Fine $500 / 5 minutes

You are allowed to:

Fish with a fishing permit.

Have party's on your boat.

Have a race with permission in an approved area, or on your own property
